In the stillness of January, when the earth rests beneath winter skies, we gather in the quiet beauty of the North Georgia mountains to listen deeply.

This weekend retreat is an invitation for women who need a weekend to tend to themselves. Our time together includes gentle therapeutic yoga, guided journaling and reflection, meditation practices, partner yoga, and supportive group circles. These practices are designed to help you rest deeply, process what is shifting in your life, and reconnect with steady intentions for the year ahead.

Winter is a season of integration. Of tending the inner fire. Of honoring what has been and creating spacious exploration and curiosity for what is emerging. With the ultimate invitation to soften, reflect, and begin again — gently.

Throughout this nourishing weekend, the gift that is coming forward is the warmth and space to show up as you are. Feeling supported, witnessed and held in community connection.

This retreat is less about productivity, breakthroughs, perfect words or fixing. It is about presence, self-study and devotion to something greater than ourselves. In yoga, that is the personal ethic of Ishvara Pranidhana.

Together we will explore:

  • The steady ground beneath you. How are you supported?
  • What am I ready to untether from?
  • What wants to grow quietly within me, without pressure?
  • Tools you can use to move forward with steadiness?

As a Yoga Therapist and long-time rehabilitation professional, I hold space with both compassion and structure. You will be guided through practices that honor the nervous system, respect personal pacing, and create room for your authentic experience — whether that includes grief, transition, healing, curiosity, or simply the desire for deep rest.

Elohee’s Thanksgiving House, nourishing meals, and forested landscape provide the perfect container for renewal.

You will leave feeling:

  • Grounded and clear
  • Rested and restored
  • Connected to yourself and others
  • Supported in your intentions for 2027

This is your time to step away from the noise and return to what matters most.
