An Intimate Weekend for Couples Seeking Deeper Connection

Limited to Five Couples

Sacred Grit: A Couples Retreat is intentionally designed as an intimate experience for just five couples.

This small-group format creates space for meaningful conversation, personalized guidance, and genuine connection. Rather than getting lost in a crowd, you’ll be invited into a weekend where you can slow down, be present, and invest deeply in your relationship.

Because the strongest relationships are not built through grand gestures. They are built through daily practices of attention, understanding, and love.

Love Is Something We Practice

Most couples spend years building a life together, yet very little time learning how to truly see one another.

We get busy. We become familiar. We begin looking at our partner through old stories, assumptions, expectations, and disappointments. Over time, we stop seeing the person in front of us and start seeing our version of them.

This retreat is an opportunity to pause.

To step away from schedules, responsibilities, and distractions.

To reconnect with yourself.

To reconnect with your partner.

And to remember why you chose each other in the first place.

What You’ll Explore

Throughout the weekend, we’ll combine mindfulness practices, nervous system regulation, spiritual reflection, movement, guided conversation, and relationship exercises designed to help couples deepen connection and understanding.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How personal history shapes the way we love
  • The impact of stress and nervous system patterns on relationships
  • Self-awareness as the foundation for intimacy
  • Learning to see your partner beyond assumptions and expectations
  • Communication rooted in curiosity rather than defensiveness
  • Practical ways to cultivate connection in everyday life
  • Creating a sustainable couples practice that continues long after the retreat

The focus is not on fixing your partner.

The focus is learning to see yourself clearly, love intentionally, and create a relationship where both people can thrive.

The Elohee Experience

Nestled in the mountains of North Georgia, Elohee offers the perfect setting for reflection, rest, and renewal.

In addition to workshop sessions, couples will have plenty of time to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the property through:

  • Waterfall hikes
  • Quiet reflection
  • Time together in nature
  • Optional yoga, meditation, and breathwork
  • Optional cold-water immersion experiences
  • Nourishing meals
  • Opportunities for rest and relaxation

This retreat balances meaningful growth with spaciousness, allowing you to engage deeply without feeling rushed.

No Experience Required

You do not need experience with yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, or spiritual practices to benefit from this retreat.

All practices are offered in an accessible and welcoming way.

Whether you are newly partnered or have been together for decades, you will leave with practical tools and meaningful insights that can strengthen your relationship for years to come.
