Rest & Relaxation Weekend: Summer
With Eve Cook, Michael Cook and Karen Lucas RYT
July 9 - 11, 2027
Slow down. Soak it in. Let summer unfold around you.
Summer at Elohee is an invitation to linger. The days are long, the mountains are green, and there is room to breathe.
This Rest & Relaxation Weekend is designed to give you space to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. Wander the trails, cool off by the Natural Reflecting Pond, stretch beneath the trees, linger over a good meal, gather around the fire, or find a quiet place to simply be.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll offer a selection of optional experiences including yoga, meditation, guided nature hikes, and more. You can join what calls to you and leave the rest behind. Massage Therapy and Reiki sessions will also be available to add to your weekend.
There is no right way to spend your time here. Sleep in. Take a long walk. Read. Rest. Meet someone new. Do absolutely nothing.
Your weekend is yours to shape.
