Rest & Relaxation Weekend: Spring
With Eve Cook and Michael Cook
April 9 - 11, 2027
Make space for something new.
Spring is a season of returning to movement, to light, to growth, and to ourselves.
This Rest & Relaxation Weekend is an invitation to step out of your usual rhythm and into the fresh energy of spring at Elohee. Spend your days wandering through the trails as the forest comes alive, stretching and breathing in the mountain air, enjoying nourishing meals, gathering around the fire, or finding a quiet place to simply be.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll offer a selection of optional experiences including yoga, meditation, and other opportunities to move, reflect, and reconnect. You can join what calls to you and leave the rest behind. Massage Therapy and Reiki sessions will also be available to add to your weekend.
There is no right way to spend your time here. Take a long walk. Sleep in. Sit beside the Natural Reflecting Pond. Meet someone new. Read a book. Do absolutely nothing.
Let spring remind you that renewal doesn’t have to be rushed.
