Rest & Relaxation Weekend ~ PLUS
This fall we are excited to offer a special Rest & Relaxation Weekend ~ PLUS ! Join us as we weave the theme of rest into our weekend, celebrating the rewards we reap from tending to our self-care.
This Rest & Relaxation Weekend will offer a variety of optional activities including Yoga, Meditation, a Guided Nature Hike, a Bonfire, and more! You will also have an opportunity to add on Massage Therapy or Reiki appointments. All of this alongside our miles of hiking trails and Natural Reflecting Pond with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains showing their beautiful fall colors.
Choose to do as little or as much as you’d like. No schedule…no demands…just the opportunity to “be” on your own terms. There will be other individuals who will also be enjoying Elohee on their own terms, so you may have a chance to make new friends or just enjoy the weekend on your own – it’s your choice!
Meals include arrival dinner on Friday through departure lunch on Sunday, and we’re happy to provide healthy, delicious, and wholesome food for your enjoyment. Please click on the “Register Now” button to see pictures of our lodging options and to register.

Descriptions
Nature Photography Class: Explore photography as a tool for mindfulness and creativity. This workshop focuses on slowing down, intentional image-making, and elevating cellphone photos. You will have the opportunity to print your photos and bring them home!
Dance: A joyful, free-form movement experience that blends guided and spontaneous dance to connect body, mind, and spirit through rhythm, breath, and self-expression.
QiGong: Qi Gong is a gentle Chinese practice that combines mindful movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, or “qi.”
Art: Make a wet felted keepsake/treasure pouch.
Yoga:
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that uses supportive props and gentle poses to promote rest, healing, and stress relief.
Energizing Flow Yoga is an uplifting practice that links dynamic movement with breath to build strength, flexibility, and vitality
Hatha yoga is a gentle, balanced practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to align body, mind, and spirit.
Sound Bath: A meditative experience with singing bowls and gongs where soothing vibrations and harmonics wash over participants, promoting deep relaxation and inner balance.
