Rest & Relaxation: A Silent Invitation

This spring, we’re excited to offer another Rest & Relaxation Weekend, a special opportunity to ease out of the stillness of winter and step into the renewal of spring with awareness and intention.
As part of this invitation into the new season, we’re weaving silence into the retreat experience. From Friday evening through Saturday evening, you’ll have the option to embrace quiet reflection, with no obligation to speak.
This gentle practice of Mauna, or inner silence, offers space to observe, reconnect, and rest in the peaceful presence of simply being. By Saturday evening, you may choose to remain in silence or gather with others to share reflections on your experience.
Like other Rest & Relaxation Weekends, all activities are optional and you can move through the weekend at your own pace. Some options include verbally guided: yoga, meditation, forest hikes, and bonfires, all with the space to be in silence if you wish. You can view a tentative schedule below.
We have mindfully prepared a gentle weekend for you to experience this profound practice— on your terms. Paired with our silence are additional opportunities to experience meditation sessions in the style of rounding: gentle yoga, breath work, and meditation; as well as a spin on our guided nature hike with a quiet, immersive experience designed for deep, silent connection with the surrounding landscape of the sleeping forest.
You will also have an opportunity to add on Massage Therapy or Reiki appointments. Enjoy a weekend away alongside our miles of hiking trails and Natural Reflecting Pond with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
Choose to do as little or as much as you’d like. No schedule…no demands…just the opportunity to “be” on your own terms.
Meals include arrival dinner on Friday through departure lunch on Sunday, and we’re happy to provide healthy, delicious, and wholesome food for your enjoyment. Please click on the “Register Now” button to see pictures of our lodging options and to register.

- 11:00 am – 12:00 pm – Invigorating Yoga
- 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch – Dining Hall

- 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm Gentle Yoga
