With Sarah Ruiz, Jill Elkin, Renee Morris and Tanya Dunne RYT-500
September 23 - 25, 2022
Join Sweet Tea Yoga for a retreat weekend of wellness and restoration in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia.
Our retreat begins with an optional hike off campus at a nearby hiking trail. After check-in at Elohee there will be a vinyasa/yin class followed by a welcome dinner and an opportunity for discussion around our community bonfire.
Saturday includes an early morning yoga practice and a post-breakfast vinyasa. The afternoon will offer optional hiking, spa services, or quiet activity of choice.
We will also be leading a book club discussion on the book “Living Your Yoga: Finding Spiritual in Everyday Life” by Judith Lasater (included in your registration). The day will end with a restorative yoga practice that will set you up for a wonderful night’s sleep.
Sunday will begin with a vinyasa yoga practice and the weekend will close with a reflection affirmation and closing circle. This retreat is the perfect combination of community building and unscheduled time to restore and renew your yoga practice.
All meals are made from scratch, nutrient dense beautiful cuisine that is innovative and designed to bring nourishment to maximize your experience.
