In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we often find ourselves disconnected from our true selves. The demands of work, relationships, and responsibilities can lead to a sense of fragmentation. This retreat is a gentle yet powerful invitation to nurture your essence and return home to the core of who you are.
You will:
- Engage in daily yoga, mindfulness practices, and activities that cater to your mind, body, and spirit and that create space for instrospection.
- Nourish yourself with wholesome meals crafted to support your overall well-being.
- Immerse yourself in the healing embrace of nature. Guided walks, meditations, and reflective practices amidst the natural surroundings provide a nurturing backdrop for your journey.
- Forge connections with other amazing women on a similar path. Share experiences, insights, and mutual support in a community that values authenticity and growth.
- Integrate moments of rest and rejuvenation into your retreat experience.
What’s included?
Three days and 2 nights at the Thanksgiving House.
All meals, beverages and snacks.
Breathwork, meditation, and yoga practices in a range of styles to suit everybody.
Workshops, Circles, Gatherings designed to nourish mind, body, spirit.
For an additional fee, payable to Elohee, you can schedule massages and/or Reiki sessions during free time.
Schedule Information:
Arrive Friday after 2 pm and retreat starts at 4 pm.
Breakfast 8 am, Lunch 12 pm, Dinner 6pm
We end Sunday after lunch.

DAY 1: Calling your yourself home?
2-4 pm arrival and check-in
5-6 pm welcome circle + introductions + intention setting
6-7 pm dinner
7-9:30 pm Circle + Journaling + Restorative Yoga + Guided Meditation
DAY 2: Nurture Yourself
7-7:45 am Yoga Flow
8-9 am Breakfast
9:30-11:30 am Outdoor Meditation + Nature Walk + Nature Scavenger Hunt for Essence Exploration
12-1 pm Lunch
1-4 Free time (hiking, journaling, massage, reiki, etc)
4-5 Yin Yoga
6-7 pm Dinner
7-9 pm Fire + smores + storytelling
