THE FOOD: Buffet-style gluten-free meals prepared by the in-house Elohee chef. Meals are gourmet vegetarian, with meat & fish and vegan options upon request. Elohee believes that food is the original medicine and plays an integral part in transformation. Thus, their primary focus is to provide delicious, nutritious meals that support mind, body and spirit by using ingredients that are organic and locally grown as much as possible. They source their food through The Northeast Georgia Locally Grown, an online farmers market where 20-30 local farmers and food producers post the availability of their fresh vegetables, herbs, baked goods, eggs, meats, plants, honey, and dairy products.
