What to Expect: To help deepen your retreat experience, Elohee does not provide televisions or internet access (unless you bring your own hotspot). Cell phone service is excellent for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. Your car will be left in a secured parking lot, and you will be shuttled up to your room upon arrival and shuttled back down to your car at departure. Shuttle service to your car is available at any time. All facilities at the top of the mountain are within a 5 minute walk of each other, with some gravel roads. 2 cottage rooms are ADA compliant, and all cottage rooms are on ground level.

Price includes the course fee, room, meals, and grounds fee but does not include taxes. Full price is shown upon selection of room type prior to registering. A 40% deposit is due at the time of registration with full payment due 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date. **Sloth Yoga:** Start the day with a leisurely yoga session inspired by the movements of sloths. Embrace slow, deliberate stretches and savor each moment of relaxation.

**Napping 101:** Attend workshops on the fine art of napping. Learn different nap styles, optimal nap positions, and how to maximize your nap time for ultimate rejuvenation.

**Chillaxing by the Pond:** Spend the afternoon lounging by the pond, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing beverages. Embrace the sloth’s affinity for leisurely afternoons spent basking in the warmth.

**Guided Meditation:** Engage in guided meditations focused on mindfulness and embracing the present moment. Learn to let go of human worries and immerse yourself in the tranquility of non-human existence.

**Forest Bathing:** Take a leisurely stroll through the forest, allowing yourself to connect with nature in a slow, deliberate manner. Embrace the simplicity of being in the moment and revel in the beauty of the natural world.
