Immerse yourself in a delightful weekend of yoga, meditation, sound journey, nature walks, delicious meals and more!
Enjoy the surrounding beauty of nature as we gather in community Thursday evening with dinner and a yoga flow class. Friday enjoy yoga classes to open your hips & heart, free time, a healing circle and a fire pit in the evening as we celebrate the fall equinox and set intentions under the new moon. Saturday slow down with two 2-hour yoga rounding classes including – asana (poses), pranayama (breath), meditation & shavasana (relaxation) as well as plenty of free time. Saturday evening settle deeper inward and receive the healing vibrations of a Sound Journey including himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, native american flute, shaman drum and more with sound artist Michael Burke. Sunday awaken feeling recharged and refreshed and enjoy a yoga flow class to conclude a lovely weekend.

3-5pm – check in
5-5:30pm – orientation
6-7pm – dinner
8-9pm – yoga flow, all levels
Friday September 27
6:30-7:45am – tea/coffee
8-9am – breakfast
10-11:30am – open your hips – yoga flow, all levels
12-1pm – lunch
1-4pm – free time – massage, hike, relax
2-3pm – healing circle
4-5:30pm – open your heart – yoga flow, all levels
6-7pm – dinner
8:45-10pm – fire pit
Saturday September 28
6:30-7:45am – tea/coffee
8-9am – breakfast
10-12pm – yoga rounding – asana, pranayama, meditation & shavasana, all levels
12-1pm – lunch
