“Children seldom or never dare to live a happier or more fulfilling life than their parents. Unconsciously they remain loyal to unspoken family traditions that work invisibly. Family Constellations are a way of discovering underlying family bonds and forces that have been carried unconsciously over several generations.” ~Bertold Ulsamer

FIND YOUR RIGHTFUL PLACE IN YOUR FAMILY SYSTEM

Do you feel you carry a burden in your soul that might not be yours?
Are you a stand for love and peace in your family?
Do you long for wholeness in your relationship with your family but find it difficult to imagine what the healthy version of relating to your family would look and feel like?

Each of us is part of a family system. When a family suffers, each member feels the impact. Likewise, when one person heals, the entire family experiences healing.

There may be more at play than just your journey. Everyone Belongs is a weekend workshop that delves into problematic and often invisible family dynamics, guiding you toward a profound sense of belonging and healing.

Come not only for your own growth but for the healing of your entire family: parents, grandparents, siblings, and even generations past. Whether you’re aware of suffering, rejection, secrets, or trauma in your lineage or feel an unshakable sense of unrest when thinking of your family of origin, this weekend’s focus is to reveal and ultimately resolve the systemic issues that may have felt beyond reach.

Healing for one has the potential to transform the whole. Join us in experiencing that powerful ripple effect—because, in the end, everyone belongs.

THE WEEKEND INCLUDES:

  •  Time and space to dive deeply into personal family healing work, facilitated by COR founders Britta and Lee Eskey.
  •  Immersive group work designed to bring unspoken family secrets into the light and heal systemic wounds.
  •  A way to mourn and/or celebrate members of your family.
  • Opening to how Grace wants to heal your family and be an instrument for that Grace.
  • Family Constellations Everyone will participate in the constellations as either a witness, subject, or representative. Not every participant will be the subject of a constellation. Experience tells us that the healing power of Constellations is equally effective whatever role you play. We trust the field to take all of us where we need to go. Constellation subjects will be determined during the weekend.
  •  Guided meditations and mindfulness practices are woven into the weekend to ground your experience.
  • Reflective exercises that help integrate the insights and growth
  • Opportunities to process your experience through journaling, group sharing, and quiet reflection.
