This is for women like you, who crave: quiet mornings, beautiful natural surroundings, nourishing food prepared with love, thoughtful yoga classes, peaceful meditations, reflective time to journal, and a cozy cup of tea.
We throw ourselves into the New Year after an already busy holiday season, and our best intentions for a fresh start meet exhausted, depleted resources. By mid-February, we may have lost our inspiration for wellness.
Solidify your Intentions for 2017 as you commune with other women in beautiful surroundings. Enjoy quality yoga instruction, hiking, journaling, and time to yourself.
Some yoga experience recommended.

4:30-5:30 Guided Stretch + Embodied Journaling
6pm Dinner
7:00pm Bonfire!
