Embark on a transformative journey from seed to bloom at BLOOM: A Spring Women’s Retreat. This immersive experience is crafted to provide a sanctuary for women seeking to nurture their inner garden. Elohee Retreat Center is nestled in the beautiful mountains of the Sautee Nacoochee National Forest. Amidst the serene embrace of nature, the retreat center offers a tranquil haven for self-reflection. Surrounded by lush greenery, rolling hills, a 100 ft waterfall, and the soothing sounds of nature, this setting is intentionally chosen to create an environment conducive to inner exploration and nurturing.

Guests arrive Friday, April 11, 2025, at 2 pm. We will begin at 4 with a welcome circle, introductions, and intention setting. You will experience twice daily yoga, meditations, breathwork, circles, journaling, and other activities to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. The retreat ends at 2 pm on Sunday, April 13, 2025.

NO Yoga or Meditation Experience is necessary to participate in this weekend of serenity and sanctuary. All are welcome!

Friday – The Seed – Rooting Intentions

  • 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Arrival and Check-In
  • 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Welcome Circle, Introductions, and Intention 
  • 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Dinner
  • 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm Circle: Journaling, Restorative Yoga, Guided Meditation

Saturday – The Sprout – Nurturing Potential 

  • 7:00 am – 7:45 am Yoga Flow
  • 8:00 am – 9:00 am Breakfast
  • 9:30 am – 11:30 am Womens Circle
  • 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch
  • 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Free Time (hiking, journaling, massage, reiki, etc)
  • 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm Yin Yoga
  • 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Dinner
  • 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm Fire and Smores

Sunday – The Blossom – Radiating Growth

  • 7:00 am – 7:45 am Yoga Flow
  • 8:00 am – 9:00 am Breakfast
  • 9:00 am – 10:00 Free Time
  • 10:30 am – 12:00 pm Closing Circle
  • 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch
  • 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm Check out
