Mindful Masculinity: Unearthing the Man You Already Are
A weekend retreat for men who are ready to get honest with themselves.
You don’t need to be fixed. You need space to remember who you are underneath everything you’ve been carrying.
Mindful Masculinity is built around three things: tools, stillness, and authentic masculinity. Not concepts — lived experience over a weekend with other men who showed up for the same reason you did.
Tools
Movement, breathwork, meditation, cold water immersion, self-exploration. These practices work. They hold when life feels out of control, and they’re simple enough to carry home with you.
Stillness
No phones. No pressure. Firelight, fresh air, clean food, and enough quiet that you can actually hear yourself think. Most men haven’t had that in years.
Authentic Masculinity
Real conversation. Honest presence. A room full of men who aren’t performing for each other. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of who you are and what you actually want.
What you’ll walk away with
Daily practices that help you stay grounded when things get hard
A felt sense of stillness that you can return to
The experience of being fully yourself around other men
Confidence that who you are is already enough
A quiet sense of belonging to something bigger than yourself
Sample weekend flow
Come ready to get up early, plunge cold, and go deep. This weekend is a return to what’s real.
Schedule *is tentative and subject to change.
Friday
Arrive between 3:00 and 4:00 PM. Breathe, unpack, and start to land. We open together at 4:00 in a circle. After dinner, the first session: learning how to stay when everything in you wants to run.
Saturday
The day starts with breath, movement, and a return to the body. Morning sessions dig into who you’ve had to be and what you’re ready to let go of. After lunch, structured free time — hike, journal, or rest. The afternoon brings yoga, extended breathwork, meditation, and a cold plunge. The evening ends around the fire.
Sunday
We start again in practice, grounding back into breath and body. The final sessions are about integration — building a clear path forward and naming what’s been uncovered. We close with a shared meal and one last circle before you head home.
Checkout is at 2:00 PM.
